At AsyncTap, we create custom NFC business cards tailored to each customer’s identity and branding. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
- Please review your card design and submitted details carefully before placing an order.
2. Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
- If your NFC card arrives with a non-functioning chip or manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no additional cost within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof such as video or photo documentation may be required for verification.
3. No Warranty on Design Appearance
- We use high-quality UV printing and industry-grade materials for the best finish in the segment.
- However, minor variations in print color or texture are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
