By accessing or purchasing from AsyncTap.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our NFC business card products and related services.

1. Order & Payment Terms

  • All orders are final once confirmed.
  • Payment terms: 100% advance.
  • Orders are processed only after payment is received.
  • Accepted payment methods: OmanNet, Visa, Mastercard via Paymob.
  • Prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) and may be subject to taxes or fees.

2. Product Use & License

  • AsyncTap NFC products and dashboards are for personal/internal business use only.
  • Resale, redistribution, duplication, or unauthorized modification is prohibited.
  • Admin Dashboard access is a paid add-on, billed annually per user.

3. Admin Control Add-on

This premium add-on includes:

  • Real-time visitor tracking
  • Password protection for digital cards
  • Enable/disable SEO settings
  • Custom styles, templates, fonts, and colors
  • Full control to update links and digital cards anytime

Available only for business use. Licensed per user. Subscription required.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

  • 1-year limited warranty on NFC chip functionality (manufacturing defects only).
  • No warranty on design or wear/tear. We use industry-best UV printing for quality.
  • Warranty excludes damage from water, magnets, or mishandling.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship to Oman and GCC countries only.
  • All logistics handled by trusted third-party providers.
  • Estimated delivery: Oman (3–7 days), GCC (5–10 days).

6. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, software, and content are the property of Async Solution.
  • Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited without written consent.

7. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify product features, pricing, and service availability with prior notice.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be handled under Omani jurisdiction.
